Delete your Out of Ruin data
Out of Ruin is published by Misaligned. You can ask us to delete the
data the app has collected about your device at any time. You do not need an account.
How to request deletion
- In the game, open Settings and tap delete my data. This page opens
with your device’s identifier filled in. (Or find your advertising ID in Android Settings →
Privacy → Ads and paste it below.)
- Add your email address, so we can confirm when it is done.
- Tap Submit deletion request. Your email app opens with the request written out; send it.
- We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted
- Gameplay analytics events stored under your device identifier (PostHog, and Supercell’s analytics service).
- Install attribution data stored under your advertising ID (AppsFlyer).
- Your email address and this request, once we have confirmed the deletion.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records of gold bought through Google Play are kept by Google
under its own policies; we hold none beyond the analytics events, which are deleted as above.
- Your game save lives only on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the
app, or clearing its storage, deletes it.
- Without a request, analytics and attribution data are deleted automatically on our providers’ retention schedule.
